Imagine you're in line at the airport the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (the busiest travel day of the year) to check in with ALL your emotional baggage (quite a bit more than what is pictured above). Just moving through the line is a hassle and when you get to the counter, you are hit with a hefty surcharge for all that extra weight.

You've probably been accumulating this baggage since you were a child. And - since you haven't gotten rid of much of it over the course of your journey - it's weighing you down. In all sorts of ways. Big time.

The work that I share with you helps lighten the load. We'll open up those suitcases, boxes, duffle bags, backpacks, and trunks (one at a time), decide once and for all what's worth keeping and what is no longer serving your highest good (there are often lots of old, limiting beliefs packed in there). You can then continue your journey without being weighed down emotionally, mentally or physically.

Although only a few decades old in its application, Energy Psychology is based on the centuries-old Chinese meridian system. If you know of or have ever experienced acupuncture or acupressure, you are already familiar with this system. You might say that Energy Psychology is a form of "emotional acupressure"!

Energy Psychology's basic premise is:

The source of all "dis-ease"
is a disruption or blockage
in the meridian system’s flow of energy.
If you want to feel better, you have to restore the flow.

Energy psychology is conducted through a “tapping” protocol on specific meridian points on the face, upper torso, hand and head. The tapping is gentle and pain-free. The tapping restores the flow of energy throughout your system. The desired results are often experienced as a troubling issue no longer having the same emotional “punch” or “charge.” Clients feel better quickly, thoroughly and – in most cases - permanently.
 
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY?
Make a mental list of the people you know for whom the following is true (be sure to add yourself to the list, if it applies to you):

  • I experience worry and stress in my life on a regular basis
  • I am haunted by incidents from my past (consciously or not) that act as blocks to living the life I want
  • I have experienced minor traumas (for instance: an argument with a spouse, family member or co-worker) in my life, and continue to do so
  • I have experienced serious trauma that continues to impair my life and the lives of the people around me (NOTE: this work has been used very successfully with war veterans - and their families - suffering from PTSD, when other treatments had either failed completely or were not thorough enough to restore the desired quality of life)
  • I've tried other ways of handling my [emotional, mental or physical] challenge, but I'm stuck or am no longer getting any improvement or relief from these methods
  • When I'm anxious, nervous or worried, I turn to the addictive substance (examples: alcohol, food) or activity of my choice (examples: gambling, sex) to mask those feelings...

And this is just the tip of the iceberg.
